The concept is a nice one (using balloons with different properties to bring joy to a city) but the mechanics are needlessly choppy and annoying: you move the main character not directly but by moving a balloon which she chases, leading to situations where you can't see far enough to plan ahead, and other situations where the balloon gets lost and you die.
